Dog tired

The weather is getting nicer and Lady is finally getting some much needed exercise.  Scott ran her four miles today and neither has moved since they came back from the run.  They say a tired dog is a good dog and that is the truth. 
I just realized its been 6 months since we took Lady home for the first time as a 9 month old rescue pup from Tennessee.  When she came off the truck she was skin and bones and a bit nervous.  Now she is 18 pounds heavier and very relaxed.  It was a big adjustment for all of us, but now we are all in harmony.
