This is the look I get when Lady is trying to get me to hurry up and give her a treat. She can only pose so long for a picture that I am ultimately going to erase and take again. If the look doesn't work, then a loud "woof" is sure to snap me out of my slow motion treat release....
I colored Lady's food green so she could get into the spirit of the day..........................................................................................
Hope your day is lucky and lovely!
The weather is getting nicer and Lady is finally getting some much needed exercise. Scott ran her four miles today and neither has moved since they came back from the run. They say a tired dog is a good dog and that is the truth.
I just realized its been 6 months since we took Lady home for the first time as a 9 month old rescue pup from Tennessee. When she came off the truck she was skin and bones and a bit nervous. Now she is 18 pounds heavier and very relaxed. It was a big adjustment for all of us, but now we are all in harmony.
Each and every day Lady reminds me to have fun! She may look serious in a lot of my photographs because she is posing. (for animal crackers) he he
She constantly tries to engage me in play and is usually successful. I think Lady is here to remind me that having fun is what life is all about. There is plenty of time to be serious....I have to go now....its time to be silly!
I love stars! I've been doodling them since gradeschool. I have a twin sister my boys adore and call "Sasa." I love to stay up late, paint and collect art.
We recently rescued a dog from Tennessee and found out that she is a Carolina Dog. Some people call them American Dingos. Lady is my muse. I just started a series of paintings of her.
